How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

The term "outside parties" does not include StencilGirl® Products. Do we use “cookies”?
Yes, on www.stencilgirlproducts.com, www.stencilgirlstudio.com, and www.stencilgirltalk.com.
We may contract with third-party service providers (social media, advertising, and analytics partners) to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. When we do this, we share information about your use of our site and those partners may combine it with other information that you’ve provided them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services.
These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
You consent to our cookies if you continue to use the StencilGirl® website, however, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. You can still place orders via email or over the telephone by contacting customer service.
StencilGirlTalk allows people to comment as part of maintaining an art community, share ideas and support for our products. Blog comments are maintained indefinitely unless the person making the comment goes back and deletes their comments.
When you comment on a post, Google collects whatever information you choose to give.

No spam ever: We never share or sell your name, postal address or email address, or any other personal information with any person or company outside of StencilGirl® Products’ staff.
Unsubscribe: You may opt out of the StencilClub Newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter. If you decide to subscribe again, you will need to reconfirm that desire. You may also unsubscribe by emailing email@example.com.
We evaluate our newsletter content and keep it relevant through the use of tracking pixels to see if/when you have opened our emails, what links you have clicked on, and if a purchase was made.
When you unsubscribe, or we delete records: Our newsletter partner removes all traces of your personal information from our reports as well as our list. Anonymous, aggregate reporting data will remain visible in our account, but any use of a deleted contact’s name and email address, for example, will be removed.
StencilGirl Scoop Newsletter
Our mission at StencilGirl® Products is to make artists designed stencils for people who love stencils and provide education on the variety of ways to use stencils to create art. Our approximately weekly Scoop Newsletter is how we share that information.

Information we collect and input manually when you sign up for StencilClub: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, State and Zip Code or/and Country.
We use your information to provide excellent customer service and to send customer requested content and marketing information, specifically:
StencilGirl curates an art community as part of the StencilClub experience. Access is by optional Opt-in by StencilClub Members who are also members of Facebook via an email an Administrator asks Facebook to generate or via accepted Friend request with an Administrator.
When an Administrator deletes members; at the end of the stencil month when a member cancels their StencilClub subscription, or if a member is flagged for inappropriate posts.
Facebook users may opt out of the group at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with that request or by adjusting their own Facebook privacy settings.
How can I opt-out, remove or modify information I have provided to your company on StencilGirlProducts.com and StencilGirlStudio.com?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions from within www.stencilgirlproducts.com, please log in and let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from www.stencilgirlproducts.com or www.stencilgirlstudio.com sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record keeping.
Our relationship with third party applications:
StencilGirl® Products shares information with trusted third-party services in order to provide you an excellent customer service experience when you order from us, or we market our products and services to you. We require those third-party services to use the information only for the purposes we have authorized and that they secure and protect your personal information.
In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work.)
In the event of a hack or a breach these third parties are responsible for notifying affected customers within 72 hours of learning of the breach. If the third party notifies StencilGirl®, we will notify our customers within 72 hours.
Information that’s shared to protect StencilGirl® Products and comply with the law:
StencilGirl® Products reserves the right to disclose personal information when the company officers believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect StencilGirl® Products ‘legal rights, property, or the safety of StencilGirl® Products, users, or others.
Information collected offline:
Please email us email@example.com if you wish us to delete information we have collected offline and we will delete it.

Subject to applicable law, if you are a citizen or resident of the European Economic Area, you also have the right to (i) object to StencilGirl® Products’ use of your personal information and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the United Kingdom Information Commissioner’s Office.

People under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use StencilGirl® Website or StencilGirl® Studios on their own. StencilGirl® does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 and children under 13 are not permitted to register for an account or use our Services.
If you believe that a child has provided StencilGirl® with personal information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If StencilGirl® becomes aware that a child under age 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete it.
